Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3 business days of order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

We do not currently ship to any countries not listed above. We do not ship to remote or outlying areas within Canada and Europe. If your address falls within a remote zone, your order may not be fulfilled and you will be notified promptly.
Duties & Taxes
For all international orders (outside the United States), duties and taxes are included in the $9.99 shipping rate. You will not be charged any additional customs or import fees upon delivery.
For US domestic orders, no import duties apply.
Shipping Options
We currently offer one standard shipping method per destination as listed above. Express shipping is not available at this time. We do not offer free shipping.
Track Your Order
All orders include tracking. Tracking information will be emailed to you upon dispatch and may take 24–48 hours to activate in the carrier's system. Once shipped, you can track your order using:
- The tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
- Our order tracking page on the website
- Your carrier's tracking system
Delivery Delays
While we aim to meet all estimated delivery timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to:
- Customs inspection and clearance
- Carrier backlogs or local postal service delays
- Extreme weather conditions
- Peak season volumes
- Incorrect shipping addresses
These factors are outside our control and do not constitute grounds for a refund of shipping fees.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Orders begin processing immediately and ship within 3 business days, leaving limited time for address changes. We cannot be responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information.
Need to update your address? Contact us immediately after placing your order for the best chance of making changes before shipment.
Reshipment & Undeliverable Parcels
Once an order is dispatched, the shipping address on file and the actions taken at delivery are the customer's responsibility.
We will reship orders in the following cases:
- The carrier confirms a delivery exception (lost in transit, damaged in transit, or returned to sender due to a carrier error).
- You received the wrong item.
We are unable to reship or refund orders in the following cases:
- The parcel was not collected from a pickup point or post office within the carrier's holding window.
- The shipping address provided at checkout was incorrect or incomplete.
- Delivery was refused by the recipient.
- The parcel was returned to sender due to non-collection or address issues.
If your parcel is being held at a pickup point or local post office, please collect it within the carrier's holding window (typically 7 to 14 business days depending on carrier and country). Once a parcel is returned to sender for any of the reasons above, we are unable to recover or reship it.
