Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Refund requests must be submitted within this 30-day window.

 

Order Processing & Cancellations

  • Orders are processed within 12 hours of placement.
  • Cancellations can only be made within 12 hours of placing your order. After this window, orders cannot be cancelled as they have already been processed for shipment.
  • To cancel an order, please email us immediately at with your order number.


Eligibility

Refunds are only available for your first order. This applies to both one-time purchases and first-time subscription orders. Subsequent orders — including recurring subscription charges — are not eligible for refunds.
  • Items must be unopened, sealed, and in the same condition as when shipped to you.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from eligible refunds.
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
  • Zerean does not provide prepaid return labels.


Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:

  • Subsequent orders — only your first order (one-time or subscription) is eligible for a refund.
  • Opened, unsealed, or used products.
  • Items returned without prior authorization.
  • Uncollected parcels — parcels not collected from a pickup point or post office within the carrier's holding window.
  • Incorrect shipping address — orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
  • Refused deliveries — parcels refused by the recipient at delivery.
  • Returned to sender — parcels returned due to non-collection or address issues.


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at within 30 days of receiving your item. Include the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Email address
  • Full name

If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do not send items back to the original shipping address. Return address details will be provided via email after your request is approved.

⚠️ Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We'll evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the product you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order separately.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days and applied automatically to your original payment method. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund after processing.
